@EdwinG@mstdn.moimeme.ca I strongly believe that if work requires one to have a phone for work, then work can supply the phone and pay the person to be on call.

@CStamp@mastodon.social They paid to be on-call, but I strictly refused to have two phones. Instead, they paid part of my phone invoice (roughly 80% in the end).
