@Alice@beige.party I was starting to read some guides to creative writing and it struck me how it's exactly the practices such guides recommend that "generative AI" eliminates. It's exactly in the agonizing process of trying to write your thoughts and finding the gaps, and of revision after revision because it's not quite right, your meaning still isn't coming through, that you actually create meaning. It's part of my fundamental objection to "AI", that these are tools invented by people who are actively hostile to subjective experience.
