@tendegreesnorth@mastodon.au Thankyou providing this context. I have only ever experienced them at night. They were definitely like an overheard conversation and not clear or directed at me. They have only really occurred once and only seemed to last a few minutes. The psychiatrist said they were most likely just a reaction to medication changes but to monitor and report when they happen.
