I think it’s been a while since I’ve posted about this, so: any help finding a new gig would be much appreciated. Hit me up at hire@nathanielmott[.]com — I’m open to all kinds of roles as long as they’re remote and, ideally, don’t involve slop or the feds. I have 15 years of experience as a reporter, writer, and editor. My work has appeared in outlets like Tom’s Hardware, PCMag, and README (RIP) as well as The Guardian, Motherboard, and a bunch of other places. I computer moderately well and can meet deadlines and manage people and, get this, I can do all three at the same time. It’s probably my fault the LLMs overuse em dashes, because I spent over a decade writing thousands of news posts and reviews and columns and I just pumped ‘em in there like a socially acceptable foie gras metaphor. I’m sorry. (For myself.)
