Forecast highs for Wednesday include 102 degrees in downtown Los Angeles, 107 in the San Fernando Valley, 103 in inland Ventura County and 107 in the Inland Empire. Because of the humidity, however, DiCarlo said it will feel significantly warmer. “In Ventura County it’s going to feel like it’s 110 or 112, even though the thermometer will read 103,” he said. Isolated storms are also possible.
