The #ArtemisII mission will reach the Moon tomorrow morning, our time. Make sure you tune in and show the kids - this is the first time in 54 years humans are doing this, and the views are going to be amazing. It's ANOTHER WORLD we are seeing!
Aussie / NZ pals, here are some time conversions for tomorrow:
AEST / NZST
4:45am / 6:45am - Lunar flyby begins
8:00am / 10:00am - Good start time
9:02am / 11:02am - ArtemisII closest lunar approach
9:07am / 11:07am - Orion spacecraft at max distance (the furthest humans have ever been in history)
For about 40 mins, we will lose contact with the ship as it goes behind the Moon (this is normal). It will re-emerge on the other side and we will see the famous Earthrise!

@CosmicRami didn’t another country run moon missions recently? Were they all unmanned?
