I hope they continue to struggle so much that they just dumpster the whole idea, as it's a bad one! I have switched over to SearXNG, and other meta search engines that filter that shit out.

Well, as a start maybe they don’t need to force it for every search query. They could also recycle responses. For the majority of search queries, I doubt the answer has changed much in the last week or even month.
