@VisualStuart@pdx.social I presume habeas corpus petitions will be filed shortly, to find out where and on what basis ICE is detaining three US citizen Oglala Sioux. ICE's has very limited police powers. They are restricted to immigration enforcement. They have no authority to make random stops, to detain generally, or to enter into any private space without a warrant signed by an Art. III judge.
