Another hot take: measuring the “AI fluency” of employees by how many tokens they consume is the stupidest metric imaginable. It’s like promoting your SRE team for increasing the compute cost.

@bentsukun If you are forced to successfully debug Python mixins and meta class monstrosities in homebrew DSLs, you might actually need all of the tokens in the universe.
