Minor sorrow. I broke my 26yo Bose QC 2 headphones. The new gen is huge, heavy and needs a LiOn battery. So I took a swing on a $150 refurb 9yo QC 25.
Yeah, defective. Via Amazon, so easy return. I woudn't have chanced it without that easy return.
So ... I may be stuck in the future.
Anyone have a noise canceling over ear headphone they like? I'd like a wired attachment as well as bluetooth

@jgordon@appdot.net my QC45 is great, lightweight with USB-C charging. I don’t know how it compares to the current QC models.

BOSE sometimes has parts for old devices so I put in a parts catalog request. Maybe there's a way I can fix the 26yo headphones. Still worth researching new ones though. Damn, those QC 25 were really nice.
