Upvote for the shitty green bell pepper.
The rest all taste better. Why would you go out of your way to get green? (If they’re cheaper and you need to spend your money wisely, that’s a different story.)

They taste different. I like sweet bell peppers too, but green gives a green pepper flavor they lack. Using both is ideal, but I appreciate either alone too. Or poblano!
