Strike Alert! WestJet flight attendants are on strike to end unpaid work - and they will not have to stand alone. ✊ These workers can perform up to 35 hours of unpaid work each month. Boarding, delays, safety and security duties all happen before the plane pushes back from the gate — but too much of that work still goes unpaid. They are standing up for fair pay and respect at work. Now it is our turn to show up for them. A strong picket line matters. Every person who joins helps lift workers' spirits, shows the employer that these flight attendants have broad support, and reminds them that they are not alone in this fight. Join the picket line.
