I kind of crashed out this week. Generative AI has made a lot of my hobbies and creative endeavours feel pointless, when I'm not in a good headspace. I had a good conversation with a friend that helped, so I wrote about it, so I can read it when it happens again.

@joel@otter.garden thanks for writing this post. I feel the same, even if AI does get good enough to produce fault less code (I doubt it), I still enjoy the aspect of programming and working out a problem for myself.
