Update!! I'm working on designing and building a custom UV exposure box to replace the janky one that i built a few months ago and used exactly once. Check out: this fuckin' thing! You load a PCB blank into the alignment jig, and tape a transparent sheet with the design onto a glass plate. The plate is loaded into the machine and aligned using the jig. Then the claws move down and press the design firmly onto the blank. UV leds expose the design and afterwards everything is released and the board is ready to be developed. I'm using MDF for the base now, but i plan on using plexiglass (or similar) when i have verified the design.
