An email from etsy this morning detailing their new AI policy, which sounds perfectly reasonable and maybe like what was needed at least a year ago if not earlier l. Good luck putting AI back in the box and cleaning up your infested marketplace, etsy.

@madgeface@mastodon.art being able to trust anything on Etsy again (that I didn't find from an artist I follow here) is going to be tough. I really miss being able to just browse there and trust that what I am seeing is a real thing made by an actual artist.
