#WordWeavers 11/9: What does your MC believe about themselves at the beginning of the story that turns out to be completely wrong? Dear lord… That he is saving humanity. That his brain is broken. That the monsters are bad. That the humans are good. That he has done no harm to anyone ever. That he will die before 45 when his heart explodes like a grenade, jutting his ribs out like fingers. (That last one is very literal.)
