@Random_Seed@bitbang.social I feel this all suffers from significant scope creep compared to the $60-75 DIY air cleaner which is meant as a budget alternative to HEPA air purifiers. Also, I stick to recommending filtration only. UV, ionizing, & ozone come with additional air chemistry effects & risks, not to mention the risks to human health of direct exposure. These strategies need greater design & customization to the spaces they're in, and they need specific measurement & monitoring of the air around them.
