I am by no means knowledgeable on the Irish… I’m even hesitating over how to refer to it! So apologies. I have no desire to offend.
But surely anyone with half a brain would know there’d be consequences for this approval?
Part of me wonders about the ages of the members of the Parades Commission, where they grew up, their backgrounds…
I don’t have any Irish connections but my working life was affected. We received regular training on potential bomb threats, suspect packages in the post etc.
Madness.

@TalktoBeverley@mas.to I have a very Irish maiden name and my dad’s family are believed to originally hail from there, but we’re talking beginning of 19th century…so I too am by no means an expert. I see this legal decision as very odd, provocative and dangerous. I remember when the Good Friday Agreement was signed - I was out with friends and we all regardless of our political and religious beliefs (which were quite mixed back then) celebrated. We had seen bombs explode in Bournemouth in 90’s
