Today was a horrible, awful positively no good kind of day with pain. The hot tub had gotten turned off when we had a brief power outage last night, so it took all day to get to a min temp. Nothing helps, so I'm going to hit the hay and hope tomorrow is better. Cross your fingers that my back settles down and I can move a bit! #SeniorLife #ChronicPain #BackPain
