Dirty hands, healthy food.
These hands have touched the soil, planted seeds, cared for the crops, and now they are holding the results of fresh cabbages and tomatoes.
Farming may leave our hands dirty, but it gives us something priceless: #food, #knowledge, and #hope for a healthier future.

@econetwork@mas.to Well done. Beautiful cabbages. I used to work on a market garden (small organic) project. We grew cabbages, brussel sprouts and swiss chard (my favourite) We used compost heaps which were dug back into the soil. I have kept up with organic, raised bed and other methods of growing food. My present garden grows a small amount of herbs. It is fun, fulfilling and delicious.
