Well done. Beautiful cabbages.
I used to work on a market garden (small organic) project.
We grew cabbages, brussel sprouts and swiss chard (my favourite) We used compost heaps which were dug back into the soil. I have kept up with organic, raised bed and other methods of growing food. My present garden grows a small amount of herbs. It is fun, fulfilling and delicious.

@lobster@ieji.de Thank you so much! It really means a lot to connect with someone who has hands-on experience in organic growing. Your experience with market gardening and composting is inspiring to us, and we’ would love to keep learning from your journey. What is one lesson from your years of growing food that you think every young farmer should learn?
