What if the 48 KB ZX Spectrum had more storage and bandwidth, but kept the low resolution and attribute colour clash? What would a movie look like?

What if the original Macintosh had more storage and bandwidth, but kept its 512×342 one-bit display and dithered black-and-white pixels? What would a movie look like? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cECEAZQStxM (gosh, the YouTube re-encoded version is very blurry) #macintosh
