Volaverunt (flown), from Los Caprichos, Francisco de Goya This is one of many weird prints in a series done by Goya and I like some better than others but it's worth checking out. This seems spooky but also possibly-probably social commentary. One of these seems to be having more fun than the others? Los Caprichos translates as "Caprices", and many of these are images of people who don't have the luxury of caprices. There are different opinions about it apparently. I'm sure I'll never understand all the context, etc., so I like it how it is and think what I want 😎 https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volav%C3%A9runt_(Goya) #art #print #pain #weird #caprices #losCaprichos #flying #flown #witches
