@tomjennings@tldr.nettime.org be interesting to see how the "state's rights" inclined SCOTUS will weigh "justified shooting by state law" vs "shot a federal officer". i fear they'll side with the latter but it will be one more federal over state decision to piss off the MAGA civil war cranks.
