@jon@gruene.social What *is* Umbria running on the Direttissima? It doesn't look like it connects much of its territory, unless this is about stuff that runs local in Umbria and then express to Rome?

@HaTetsu @jon Yeah, there are Ancona - Orte - Roma Termini RV-services. Those need only 33 minutes between Tiburtina and Orte.

@HaTetsu @jon It looks like Umbria are worried that trains from the "Direttisima" (direct Florence-Rome) HSL risk being redirected to the local tracks in case there are problems on the HSL. The old line is meandering along the HSL.
