I had some very lovely people team for me at the Castle Hever Triathlon Series on Saturday. Cancer and MS aside, even on the energy sapping drugs I managed to finish. I'm very grateful to my old team as I was utterly wasted by the end but also those coming out to make sure I don't drown, crash or trip in Barcelona later in October. Stage 4, whatever for now. I'll be napping for a few days.
