Automatically say thought-disrupting phrases. The more my brain is spiraling, the more it happens. I don’t control it, but it never happens when other people are around.

Sing songs to my rabbits, usually about them being poop heads or dirty stinky poo eaters. All true, but I love them anyway 💚
