@tante@tldr.nettime.org [1 of 2] The wording is a bit too strong there, blaming wrong people for wrong things. Slop is a result of a developer ignoring the code output. It was there before LLMs, though people have to try harder even if they just copy-paste from StackOverflow without thinking.
Author assumed there are AI Overlords, while in reality it’s just a bunch of corrupted and greedy (and mostly crazy) technocrats.
