@quixote@mastodon.nz @exador23@m.ai6yr.org I don't normally go out to eat (ever... ever!). But, my son asked when we were out last weekend to pick up some Thai food. It was $65 for two people for just lunch (!!!!). I dunno if they were particularly expensive, but holy heck....

We do still try to go out/bring in on occasion, and tip well, but what used to be the amount spent on a nice dinner just barely buys lunch. I guess this is why we're down to 2 meals a day. 😀
