@afewbugs@social.coop you would also think there would be more pushback from society in a country that had a fascist dictatorship in my own living memory (I still remember seeing coins with Franco on them when I was a lad as my parents owned a launderette and folk would put them in the driers in place of the similarly sized UK 5p coin of that era)
