@wes that's a horrible suggestion. "CALL" is ambiguous with regards to whether it's one's own call or the other person's call. "%H" can stand for either "his" or "her", and is thereby unambiguous and inclusive at the same time. If you are so emotionally unstable that you become angry on seeing simplified documentation, may I suggest venting that to a therapist with the goal of achieving emotional maturity, rather than criticizing productive people in public?
