some .worlders like to uncharitably paint us as idiots who haven’t realized the USSR fell already.
Which is ironic, considering how many of them I see talking seriously about the KGB in the present tense.

Yeah, I agree. And if any particular user comes into the conversation with, say, dehumanization and homophobia, that’s absolutely not worth reasoning with in my opinion. But yes, listening to a few repeated arguments day in and day out gets real tired fast.
