WTF, Apple Photos? My 1080p/30fps iPhone-recorded video in HEVC is 41.3 MB. That's too big for the forum I'm trying to post to, so I use Photos' "Export" function, and choose 720p. This produces a 51.2 MB file? Okay, it' using H.264 instead of HEVC. But 480p is plenty fine for what I need, so let's just export as 480p instead… 51.3 MB…. o.O
