OK, where are my MLB conspiracy theorists? I heard from someone that the Dodgers are tanking so that small-market teams can be in the World Series so that will affect the next bargaining agreement and salary cap/floor negotiations. I don't think I quite believe it, but it certainly is a surprising turn of events.
