Well, after years of everyone telling me they hate my story processing and all that crap at UFW, I ran it MY way for a year. Now I'm ready to hand off, but.. no volunteers. I'll be honest, I'm kind of tired of the half-motivation side. They're good people, yeah, but they aren't invested. Meanwhile I've no choice but to be 150% overloaded on just this one while they are telling me about all the other feds they work at. The good news is we aren't dealing with any strong 'I deserve more' types, and some people are definitely helping. Appreciated. I've agreed to hold on another six months and try again (though... our seasons don't work out that way, so I guess it'll be a different time period.) I will probably cut back on or stop the wrestling side - the only fun side by the way - just to keep the time investment under control. Which means I'm probably doing my last match that isn't some last minute fill in this friday, cause I have nothing else booked the rest of the season.
