USB-C is one of those things that is so wonderful and useful 90% of the time, bit the other 10% of the time is so randomly and bizarrely broken that you start questioning the other 90% 😅
...like why my laptop can be (slowly) charged from my phone charger, but my relatively beefy power bank refuses to even trickle-charge my laptop.

@rl_dane@polymaths.social @OpenComputeDesign@linuxrocks.online Yeah, PD looks overengineered and many times unpredictable. A have an Anker charger with USB-C + USB-A outputs and two tablets, Samsung Galaxy A7 and Samsung Galaxy A8. The A7 charges up to 15W from the USB-A and up to 7.5W from USB-C, and the A8 is just reversed: up to 7.5W from the USB-A and up to 15W from USB-C 🤷♂️
