About 10 minutes after I created a new account to open a ticket, I received a by-the-way email that they've moved license servers and new codes to input for all the products.
Are they just hoping people will go and buy a new license?

Pro-tip: send out the new license keys BEFORE you shut down access to the old ones. Makes me realize I would have been better off pirating the software than buying it. Pirated software can't be turned off remotely, unlike software you've paid for.
