Pro-tip: send out the new license keys BEFORE you shut down access to the old ones.
Makes me realize I would have been better off pirating the software than buying it. Pirated software can't be turned off remotely, unlike software you've paid for.

(Interestingly, despite the emails with the new product key, they still haven't replied to my support ticket. So I guess the emails were automated?)
