The best way to tell if a proposed legislation is good for children is to check if the word "children" is in the name. The presence of the word "children," "kid," etc., is a sure sign that the legislation has nothing to do with children. Legislation that is good for youth is generally good for everyone, and doesn't need to be sold with deceptive language about their protection.
