Smith would have to answer for these referendum questions if this was an election platform. Instead of holding an election and defending her position, Danielle Smith held a referendum at our expense and spent $4 million of our own money just to advertise her own position. We should have had options, like other candidates with alternative positions instead of just "my way or the highway" from Danielle Smith, with no repercussions (ie, loss of office) if she loses.
