I had a false awakening and the dream turned into a nightmare I'm SO relieved I actually woke up lol. Not bc something super bad happened, I thought I finally lost my mind for real

Have you ever tried lucid dreaming? That false awakening moment is the perfect time to slip into it, instead of going the nightmare route. Glad you didn't lose your mind for real! @DaimonRainbow@bardicperspiration.club
