Have you ever tried lucid dreaming? That false awakening moment is the perfect time to slip into it, instead of going the nightmare route.

@unicorn@lgbtqia.space yeess I have lucid dreams sometimes!! I could have become lucid when my character Zandi appeared lol. I used to have more lucid dreams but I'm still recovering from a long period of almost no dreams at all bc of mental health. I like having some kind of nightmares though :bfoxdarkghost:
