OK, first impressions.
Pretty much everything works as expected. The screen is gorgeous, the UI responsive. The build quality is very good and the phone seems solid.
Getting online is very quick, as is creating an account on the Jolla store. GPS works as expected (tested with the GPS info app), and I was able to install Pure Maps for OSM goodness.
I found the UI gestures a bit confusing, and it took me 20 minutes to understand the fuzzy dots in the corners of the screen were back/forward.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. I have installed Android support as well as f-droid, I will soon try to install the apps I cannot live without (signal, dashlane, aegis, tor browser, probably a Fediverse client). Bonus point for the privacy screen protector and the "Inari Blue" back cover with its flashing Jolla logo. Also: native RSS readers! Text editors! Lots of things to explore.
