@seav@en.osm.town Unfortunately AI-assisted attacks makes this table greatly obsolete. Regardless of how complicated or lengthy the password is, it will far far less time for them to be cracked. Imagine if they were quantum-assisted aswell...

@jimkats@infosec.exchange regarding the actual cracking of passwords—the act of recovering the cleartext from the hashed+salted password—AI and maybe quantum computing is no help as discussed in the linked article.
