@jimkats@infosec.exchange regarding the actual cracking of passwords—the act of recovering the cleartext from the hashed+salted password—AI and maybe quantum computing is no help as discussed in the linked article.

@seav@en.osm.town I see the relevant info they write. Unless I was in a very rare unlucky situation, the personal experience tells otherwise, even if there were no evidence to support any possible assumption (which is why they remained assumptions)...
