as mentioned earlier, power loss caused a drive failure on an internal ext4 drive of one of my homeservers. what saved my ass was:
storing all* persistent data on an external driverunning all my services from docker-compose files as defined inside a git repo* except a factorio server install which is now the SECOND i have lost lmaooooo :blobfoxmeltsob: :blobfoxmeltsob:

i have now also set up my external drive as ZFS because it too was struggling w/ the powerloss on NTFS, hopefully i can configure it to be more resilient to that or something. idk never used #ZFS before and i have not learned anything about it beyond https://askubuntu.com/questions/1225055/how-to-format-an-external-disk-to-zfs
