@jolla@techhub.social There used be a lot of associations of Jolla with russia before. It was even considered to be used for government projects, at least there were reports about that. At this point, is there any business connections with russia, or company moved on to the „good side”? Asking, becase this will influence purchasing decision.

@oleksify@mastodon.social @jolla@techhub.social Business connections have been severed since the start of Russia's war of aggression on Ukraine. It discontinued business operations in 2022 (having already been winding down since 2021 anyways), sought shareholder restructuring without Russian investors, and Jollyboys Oy took over operations from Jolla in 2023 after courts approved it.
