@leiawelsh@toot.wales in the Plaid meeting on Wednesday it came out from attendees that the health minister had been warned about this back in May, so their claims that they had no clue until it happened seem to be lies.
The WGS it seems actually were completely unaware. But the government themselves had warning

@alexisbushnell@toot.wales I sent the same letter to the Health Minister as to my ASes but no response there so far. I think I feel a Freedom of Info request coming on.
