@askekammer@mastodon.online Yes it is a little bit sad, but the positive side of this is it has happened during a heatwave, rather than more optimal running conditions...such as 'a dry winter or a long run with puddles :)
It is also giving me a chance to ask myself questions, and think about my running from here
