@impermanen_@zirk.us The picture is brilliant. But what I don’t understand is why people ride donkeys. A donkey weighs barely 400 kg.

@hiker@akk.fedcast.ch I think most people do not try to ride a donkey, but yes, some do. I will say that donkeys are extremely strong and sturdy for their size and they aren’t as likely as a horse to go along with having a rider if they feel taken advantage of. The ones I’ve known at least have a good balance of generosity and clear boundaries.
